Blue & White Homecoming Weekend: Nov. 1st - 3rd

Blue & White Homecoming Weekend is an annual celebration for all Lawrentians to share their Viking pride, take pride in LU traditions, and celebrate our successes as a campus community. More information to come.

Winter Carnival: Winter Term 2025

Winter Carnival is a spark of warm joy in the cold of Winter Term here at Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ. Activities for the carnival vary year to year, from ice sculpting to building gingerbread houses to playing grocery BINGO.

President’s Ball: Spring Term 2025

President’s Ball is a night of dancing to live jazz band and eating chocolate fondue. President’s Ball takes the cake because all students and faculty get dressed in formal wear, hear from President Carter, and enjoy food and fun.

LU Zoo Days: Spring Term 2025

Organized by our student events organization (SOUP) during Spring Term when the weather starts to warm, Lawrentians from all over campus congregate on Main Hall Green to play games, and enjoy an afternoon of fun in the sun. The best part about Zoo Days is that all the money raised by student clubs and organizations goes toward nonprofit causes.

LUaroo: May 24th & 25th, 2025

Organized by the Band Booking Committee, LUaroo is a Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ music festival that occurs on campus at the end of every spring term. Throughout the weekend, students and outside groups perform a wide variety of music. Students and community members are encouraged to attend to play outdoor games and activities while enjoying LU entertainment.

More Campus Events

Whatever you like to watch, listen, or experience, you'll find it on the Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ campus. Most events are open to the public and nearly all of them are free.
